28th - 29th January 2025
This course provides in-depth training on how to conduct a schedule forensic delay analysis within P6. It starts with establishing a quality P6 baseline programme in line with current best practices. Different advanced scheduling scenarios will be presented and debated. We will then discuss delay types and introduce the delay analysis techniques, discussing their applicability and use. Finally, we will carry out the various analyses in P6 and examine the subtleties of using P6 in this manner. The course will conclude with a comparison of each technique, and a presentation of a reporting template for schedule impacts.
We will examine various scenarios and apply the delay analysis techniques taught in the class to these scenarios, discussing the results of each method.
