Raymond Poole is a great Project Manager and an excellent teacher of the fundamentals and intricacies of managing projects. As a Primavera partner, his customers were always knowledgeable and more likely to be successful in their use of the software. I worked with Raymond in South Africa on a very important project with the South African government. This project required people and political skills as well as a solid technical knowledge of Primavera and how to modify, adapt, and use it. Raymond was engaged as the Project Manager in South Africa on behalf of a local Primavera Representative to oversee the first ever complete Oracle Primavera Red Stack implementation for the state energy supplier, Eskom, to tight deadlines.
