Since 1996, PMIS has had a direct association and business relationship with Primavera. On numerous occasions we have been selected by global clients to Project Manage their implementation of the Oracle Primavera Red Stack suite of products.
Alongside Project Managing such implementations we have developed in-house training courses specific to our clients’ requirements. This has included the creation of functional training courses for Planning & Scheduling, and Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis, among other specialist areas.
We have worked in many different sectors from utilities and oil & gas, to defence forces and engineering right across the globe, including major projects in Ireland, the United Kingdom, United States, South Africa, Azerbaijan, across Europe, and Indonesia etc.
We provide more than feature-driven training when delivering our Oracle Primavera courses, as our instructors have decades of practical experience in their fields and in the use of the software. At PMIS we are firm believers in knowledge transfer and successfully achieve this through our mentoring and coaching assignments.

RAYMOND POOLE
M.I.E.I. Dip Eng. Dip A.D.R. MSc PPM
Raymond has over 35 years’ experience within the Project, Program and Portfolio Management arena. Since 1996 he has predominantly spent most of his professional career engaged in helping companies take a Project Management approach to their organisation through the Implementation of Oracle Primavera EPPM solutions. He has been contracted by companies within the Engineering, Hi-Tech, Transport, Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors both at home in Ireland and internationally. Raymond has also been involved in numerous Construction Claims acting as Subject Mater Expert in relation to Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis.
VICTORIA POOLE
Vicky has been a key member of the PMIS team since 2007 and in 2017. She is in charge of the overall management of the day to day duties within the company. Vicky manages the internal logistics of the organisation and is the main point of contact for most of our clients, ensuring the team provide the high quality service for which PMIS has become synonymous.
