P6 Advanced Scheduling

P6-002S

This 1-day course provides the student with advanced knowledge of Primavera’s P6 solution.

Building off skills learned in the Introductory Course P6-001, the P6-002S course covers Advanced Scheduling techniques such as Reflection Projects; Duration and Percentage Complete Types; User-Defined Fields; Global Change and much more. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.

Learning Outcomes

Distinguishing between the 4 different Duration types
Calculate percentages based on the chosen Percent Complete type
Create and Update a Reflection Project
Establish User-defined fields and define Global Change parameters
Understanding when and how to use Project, EPS and Global Codes
Comprehending the Advanced Options when Scheduling (F9)
