PMIS were engaged by DAA (Dublin Airport Authority) to provide a Programme Planning Manager to oversee the €500million expansion project. The contract came to a successful conclusion in FEB-2017

PMIS were engaged directly by BP Central Team (Houston, USA) as Project Manager and Lead Consultant to rollout a Planning & Scheduling Sustain Project to all their Regions following the success of doing a similar project for their Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey regions. The regions included in this project were Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, Houston, Trinidad Tobago, UK, Norway, Angola, and Indonesia. We delivered the project on time, within budget and in full.

Working directly with BP in Azerbaijan covering their AGT Region (Azerbaijan, Georgia & Turkey), PMIS were engaged as Advisor/Project Manager on the AP Scheduling Sustain Project providing expert advice on Oracle Primavera P6 and creating a Planning/Scheduling training curriculum aligned to industry best practices.
