P6-002C: Advanced Costing Techniques in Primavera P6

HALF-DAY

This half-day course provides the student with advanced knowledge of Primavera’s P6 solution.

Building off skills learned in the Introductory Course P6-001, the P6-002C course covers Advanced Costing techniques such Assigning Cost Accounts; Storing Period Performance; Earned Value Analysis; Top-Down Budgeting and Financial Periods. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.

Course P6-001

TRAINER PROFILE
The course will be delivered by an instructor with decades of experience in Planning & Scheduling utilising Primavera P6 in the field on live Projects and familiar with Schedule Forensic Delay Analysis (FDA)

Half day (09.30am till 1:00pm Irish Standard Time)
